I would like to have a straighforward setup solution for the following situation:
Products:
- 100 products bought from supplier in
boxes of 10kg product, boxes have a
weight of 0,1 kg, product is priced
per 1 kg for let us say (all the
same) 8 euro /kg.
- The products can be sold in the
original boxes priced at 14 euro /kg.
This gives 100 products.
- The products can also be repacked in
bags with a product weight of 1,9kg
and a total weight of 2kg including
the bag. Let us say the salesprice is then 28 euro / kg. This gives an other 100
products.
- The products can also be repacked in
bags with a product weight of 0,450kg
and a total weight of 0,5kg including
the bag. Let us say the salesprice is then 46 euro / kg. This gives an other 100
products.
- There is only one fysical stock
location.
- For the buyer the 10kg product will
be priced visual and on the invoice
on a per kg basis.
- For the buyer the 1,9kg and 0,450 kg
product will be priced visual and on
the invoice on a per bag basis.
- If a 10kg box will be repacked it
will be repacked completely. I think
the "production" can be administrated
by "production stock journal". I
think this will be easier than by
BOM.
- On the invoices and reports I want to
have the pieces and kg's rounded of
to 0.0 or 0 without decimals.
What is the easiest way to set up the products, PCE, precision, etc.?
